WotLK tabard of the light-bringer question

hey i juss have some questions about two items, one is the light bringer tabard. i dunn see it on the coin shop or the trade shop or the auction house, how the heck can i get it without having to do the quest ?

and my second question is about the item path of cenarius, not on the coin shop neither and when i saw it the guy told me he got it from the new years thingy that gives you 5 points, but is there any other way i can get that ?

You currently cannot get the Tabard of the Lightbringer without doing the quest, or buying it off someone who has done the quest.

Path of Cenarius, I'm actually not sure about that one.

Path of Cenarius is a TCG item, it would be unobtainable short of purchasing it with Coins or Poins, if applicable.
