WotLK Random questions from a long-time, out-of-date player

Greetings.

I have been unactive for some time (around 5 months), and haven't been able to keep up with some changes, so i have a couple of questions:

1. For how long can an account stay unactive in sense of actuall gameplay before being sactioned/deleted, or if this even exists?
2. What is this merge i see in my account panel, is it for Warsong/Neltharion merge or can i actually transfer chars between accounts?
3. If i sell a character via trade, what is the difference between full inventory and the basic one? What happens to the stuff in my bags/bank if i sell that char without full inventory option?
4. After selling a character, if i donate on that account (and thus enable coin sharing/gifting), will i be able to gift/transfer the coins i made from the sale to another account? Does that account need to have donor status aswell?

*Marketplace and vp: Is there a possibility to convert points to gold, cuz i got a ton across multiple accounts and nowhere to spend them (icc gear removal is a smart move, as much as it pains me to admit it), or, maybe use points to transfer chars between accounts (i made 6 accounts after moltdown and split my 12 chars across them in fear of hacks/exploits/another moltdown, and i kinda regret that decission now).

1. I do not know, log-in once every 3-4 months and you are fine I guess. If you are premium you do not need to worry

2. That "merge" feature is only for players who had more than 10 characters between Deathwing-Ragnaros during their merge into Icecrown, you can ignore it

3. You need to be premium to use trade system
- the minimum price for a character is based on what he has equipped and on inventory, so selling without invenotry is just to reduce is price;
if you successfully sell without inventory then all those stuffs will be lost

4. As I said you need already to be premium to use trade system.
-Anyway yes, you can send the coins you gained to any other account BUT only after 72 hours.
Why? because the Coins you get via Trade are called "locke coins" and they become "unlocked" after 72 hours

5. No, there is no way to convert Points into golds

That last question was more directed to admins, but they rarely get involved in this section of the forum anyway, right? Or atleast the description says that.
Guess ill keep my vp if they ever bring back something worthy of purchase. Or go Alliance, might spice up my gameplay a bit. If i had a PC to play on... Excuse me while I go cry over my sad life.
