Hi everyone, I have a problem with the transmog service because it doesn't work on 3 of my characters in wich I used the instant max level for points. I know it's not really necesary but as a player I would like to see my character in a cool looking set. If anyone has this issue too or knows how to fix it please tell me, and thank you very much.

I'm guessing you tried to unequip the transmogged items and relogging to see if it works?

All those steps can be done without logging out. You will notice the xmog jingle too.
As for reforge it requires a log out.

The problem is that the transmog doesn't even aply to my characters, it does the sound but doesn't charge the service or modify the appearence of my gear. Thanks anyway.

You need to have the transmog gear in your backpack. If the gear is in ur bank or void storage, this thing happens. And after transmog,dont forget to unequip the gear at least once before logging out.

Transmog Fix (No log out required):
1.Transmog the items you want.
2.Remove the just xmog'd items
3.Equip them back on
(This also goes in reverse if you want to remove a stubborn xmog)
1.remove xmog
2.remove item and re-equip it
viola, at times it makes a sound again, locking the xmog in place.
Do this in reverse if you want to remove the xmog, you do not have to log out, for the sound jingles regardless of doing either method.
Some suggest relog, but at times it facks up your reforge too if you relog.Edited: February 13, 2017

To my knowledge the reforge not showing up in an item's tooltip is just a visual bug; the stats however are there.
Please correct me if I'm wrong.

There is a fix for the reforge, it is the only transmog method that requires a relog:
Reforge Fix (Log Out Required):
1.Put on the bugged reforged items
2.remove them.
3.log out and log back in.
4.Either reforge the items from back or put them on and reforge them
To revert them back:
1.remove reforged items and put them in your bag.
2.relog
3.either equip the items and or just visit the reforge NPC to change/remove a reforge from item.
*NOTE: zoning in/out of zones locks the reforge stats on items at times, mainly when going to BG for when PVE items are scaled, it locks up all reforged items you currently have on you, or in your bag. Relogging removes that bug completely.*

I am sorry to tell that, if you don't take off the xmoged gears,
the gear xmog will be sudden fail after some times of login, (i had experianced that for times)
so just spent a little time to do takeoff and relog after your xmog!!!!

You do not have to log out because of the xmog effect sound when you remove/re equip the gear.
Relogging is only necessary when you need to see reforge stats and wanting to change them and or you are unable to see the upgrade option of PVE items.
