Open up localised forum for Oceanic-based players.

Hi Warmane team,

You have a following from the oceanic community.
Could you please review which forums under your 'Localised Forums' have the least activity and possibly remove it?

That being said. A recommendation would be to introduce - Oceanic
That way all players from .. Australia, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore etc have a starting point.
(I know there's already a Philippines forum)
