Cannot donate

Hello , im trying to donate but unfortunately im unable . Thing is I contacted my bank and they said its coz due to capital controls (I live in Greece). I was able to do transactions worldwide though except in warmane which rejects my card . Is there any way to help with this?

Now I get the message : Transaction has been declined , please use another credit card

Help me guys, when i want to donate , i complete all the fields , then the server sends me a txt msg on my phone to put in for confirmation of transaction. The problem is that the phone number its not mine , its not my phone number, i calld the bank (ING) to verify if they have my number in their system , and yes . So what can i do?
