So are any of the servers 1x in terms of XP and leveling? I'm asking because Neltharion was giving me some insane XP for certain quests and I'm looking for a more blizzlike server even if it's lich king (would prefer cata though)

Currently all realms have x7 experience rate. Except Blackrock and Warsong, which are instant max level PvP-only realms. There is wotlk realm Lordaeron, which has x1 experience rate but it's a test realm and everything on it will be deleted at some point. They might be opening a regular realm with lower experience rate in future but that's not decided yet.

no, nothing changed. Actual rates:
[wotlk] Lordaeron: x1
[wotlk] Icecrown: x7 experience, x3 gold rate, weapon skills, profession and reputation rates
[wotlk] Blackrock: Instant 80 (only PvP)
[cata] Neltharion: x7 experience, x3 gold rate, weapon skills, profession and reputation rates
[mop] Frostwolf: x7 experience, x3 gold rate, weapon skills, profession and reputation rates

Wait what is it true, all Lordaeron characters will be wiped in future ???

That post is almost 2 years old. At that time there was Lordaeron test realm. The real Lordaeron realm was released like 1 year ago and characters there won't be deleted.
