Technical People are getting banned for rubber banding as "Cheating"

So I got banned for "Cheating" a few days ago while I was trying to help my friend being camped,

So I dismount and my character stays in the air, unable to move. This guy tries to death grip me but I remain in the same spot.
Obviously I got screen shotted and was eventually banned. Now for this system of lag, my average ping is between 190 - 250
so rubber banding happens often. I've had instances in raids where I would die because I'm unable to move thanks to this system,
and would die / wipe the raid because I couldn't move to the desired location.

Now in PvE this isn't much of a problem since no one can screenshot you for being up in the air unable to move or anything like that,
it becomes annoying but it isn't bannable. In PvP whether its in open world or Battlegrounds, this is a huge problem since people can
screen shot you for using Hitchhikers or some other hack. (Side Note: I haven't used Hitchhikers or any other hack since Warmane started)

I'd like to know what can be done to fix this problem, since its resulting in quite a few unfair bans.

It has been like that for weeks, so my best bet is to just sit tight and wait for fix, and in your situation a ban appeal should also be made, explaining that it wasn't your fault.
