Add a Post Toolbar?

So for a while this has been bothering me but why is there no toolbar to make things like Bolding words or making a link. It just kind of seems like something that most forums have and it's a little weird that this one doesn't have it.

It would make things much easier in general for making posts for people that don't know how to type it in.
