Hi all.

I recently picked up again on my lvl 80 shaman here on warmane, but all of a sudden i notice a consistent fps hitch every second, so i disable triple buffering and the hitching is less severe, i turn off vsync and it's gone altogether, does anyone know the cause?

note: i tried with addons disabled
