What do u mean is it worth for a new begin without donating, for pvp? Is it hard to farm gear here?

All items are acquirable ingame. Its up to u if u find it worth to invest the time to farm the gear.
Keep in mind that some classes, such as rog and warrior, need pve items to be good so ull have to raid as well.

Id say go Lord since theyre releasing ICC and S8 content. No shadowmournes walking around, no BiS geared pros. Just retail experience.
