WotLK In a guild but tab not showing.

I created a guild but for some reason it is showing that I am offline in the guild. I can see guild chat but I cannot type in guild. I also cant /gquit or /gdisband.

I can see 2 different guild chats. It appears that a level 12 "ghost" is in the old guild that has no ability to make commands and appears to be offline at all times.

My character is level 23 but still shows as 12 in the guild.

Server restart might fix it.
