WotLK Battered hilt quest line bug

So I grinded all day on my paladin after I got the battered hilt drop.

Finally I get to the sunwell and it's time to purify this thing into my new weapon.
But what's this...? An issue. Pretty much the last quest and I'm completely stuck.

So I get the quest to tell a warden when I'm ready to enter the sunwell so I can purify the blade. But when I click the prompt I get the load screen and I'm in. How ever I'm on the top floor in the "shrine of the eclipse" and I can't jump down to the area.

Come to think of it. I can't even leave. I'm stuck. Now being trapped I aggro the boss few guys Come in and kill me. Iv tried this about 5 times all with the same result in stressed and sad that after this long with no pay off.

It's pretty depressing. If anyone has any idea why this is happening. Or a solution would be really really amazing.

Same issue here. Spawning next to M'uru after talking to Warden.

i was finally luck enough to get the drop in FOS first time i won it ever even in retail so about 6-7 years...
so of course i was happy to finally chase that unicorn .. but like most unicorns mine ended in dissapointment
got a message from the GM saying " make a bug tracker ticket" ... uhhh me and like 20 others have... it better work soon...
i think about the people that actually paid 4k and feel like **** for them ...
