I am sure that this is posted some where else.......but.. I can only find one realm on the list and that's frostwolf. I dont have a problem playing on this one but it isnt the one i prefer. Any tips on getting a fresh realm list up?

Well they are all for different expansions. If you only see Frostwolf, you have the Mists of Pandaria game version where Frostwolf is the only server for. To play on Icecrown/Lordaeron you need the Wrath of the Lich King 3.3.5a version of the client and for Neltharion the 4.3.4 verion. All of them are available through the download page.
