Today i create 1 char human on icecrown but i have more lag 8 fps is normal?
in the past I played on warmane but I never had this problem
Please help me

You need to find out which one cause problem.
How? Active 1 addon > log in game > everythign is fine? log out and active 1 more addon > log in game > ...... etc, repeat it until you find out which addon cause problem

What are your computer's specs, and how old is the computer? Post these kinds of details as well. Lowering settings and resolution can help as well if you're only using backbone addons like DBM, Grid ect.

Would also be useful to know if you are playing the WoD models client or the standard one.

Try untracking all objectives, I've noticed this causes fps loss in some places (most notably SotA)
