WotLK Bugged Items

The Problem: I have some items and i send them to my main Character and when i go on that Character and take items they are without any stats, but in mail it shows that they have stats. I bought them in Auction House long time ago and send them to my other Characters (They were all fine with stats and all things that items give), and now i back to see what happens in this game... But i saw that i have items that not give any stats only Gear Score, but i bought them and they had nice stats for Characters that i will level up sometimes. Can you explain me this?
I put 2 Screenshots and u can see that example, and that is all same for all items that i bought last year...
And i have more than 30 of them, so funny to see that items give only Armor without anything else (WTF)


How it should work: Items should be with stats that they had when i bought them, but they disappear, this is really weird...

I even wrote a ticket but like always they send me on Forum, than i wrote a message to some QA Team and he told me
'' It could perhaps just be a visual thing, have you tried equiping 1 item and then comparing the stats ''
'' Did you try equiping and relogging ''

And i tried all of this but all same, and at the end he wrote:
'' No idea how this is happening, this was an old bug that got fixed ''
