Tbc not downloading

As the topic says. Whenever I try to download tbc. I am sent to utorrent app and the download starts. But it doesn't even increase by 0.1%. It gets stuck in "connecting to peers". Could someone tell me if there is any other way to download it. Can someone send me the link if possible. Ty
