Hello All,
Yesterday I had collected enough vote points to be able to purchase a Character Name Change, however, every time I tried to purchase it a message saying "Your account must be offline to purchase character rename" popped up. I can assure you I was never logged into my account from any computer and I tried it countless times after waiting over night and logging in and out from multiple computers. What do I do?

It's been a couple of months now and the same problem is still occurring, even if I try to race change or name change or anything I get the same error. I have logged out and have even tried leaving wow alone for a bit and I came back and the problem is yet still occurring. I would love if a GM or someone could see this post and try and help me out, it would be much appreciated.
