points system issue?

so i just got my rogue the 1000 achievement points so i can start collecting daily ..
but the system says i have 1300 achievement points .. i dont not on my rogue anyhow
if i add up my other toons a get well over 1300 achievement points.. around 2000 total with all my toons

so how does this work then? what am i missing ? cause i can collect 0.8 daily points but i feel like its wrong

word of advice would be great thanks guys

it counts only unique achievement.
Example: if you have two characters with "level 80 achievement" it will count only one of them.
