WotLK Rogue dps issue.

So once upon a molten wow I had a fully feared fury warrior.
I loved playing as him. But the crash happened. Next thing you know I get 380
Coins in my account and warmane was born.

So I thought why not take the opportunity and try something else.
So I got a rogue. I'm not sure what's going on but I do about 3.4k dps
In heroics like FOS / POS

Please give me some insight. Because I'm slightly regretting my decision on
Why I swapped my warrior for this class. Also. Should I go assassin or combat ?
