Pandaria Unable to login MOP

I haven't played for over a year. Now when I am trying to login to MOP it is showing Frostwolf in grey as in server is down. I have tried deleting cache and chking my realmlist name. I am able to login Wotlk and Cata but not MOP. Please help!

I am pretty sure this is because your client isn't up-to-date. Make sure you have 5.4.8 client. It was bumped up awhileeeeeee ago. I am pretty sure there is a post explaining how to "update".
