    Ban-stucked

    I really dont know where to write anymore. I'm banned, reason: Advertising. That really haven't any sense because I've never advertise anything or anyone. So, at first place that is 100% mistake. I tried to write a ticket but when I should choose "existing bans" field is empty and because of that I cant send ticket. I wrote GM in-game but they said me to write on website. I can play the game, normal log in, but cant do anything on website it says that I'm banned. This is one vicious circle. Please some answer or some solution.

    The issue has been fixed now. IP ranged ban.
