WotLK Where is deathwing and ragnaros realms?

Hello.
i just got back to the game after a year of not playing and saw that the realms i used to play on disapeard along with my level 80 charcters that had some gear i bought with coins that i got from the server after the clean up, and there this realm icecrown with no trace of my old charcter for a year ago.
is there anyway to get back my charcters or at lesat the stuff i buyed? i can still see my purchase history on my account with the things i bought for them.
ill be glad to get some help.

deathwing and ragnaros got merged into 1 realm (Icecrown).
Players had almost 1 years of time to move for free their characters to the new realm, it seems you missed the chance.
