Daily quest problem

Hello everyone. I play wow at about 2am st. And I almost every time encounter this problem in which the daily quests don't work. Like I'm doing the given task... but they are not being counted as done. For example if I have to kill 20 mobs..... I will kill them but they won't be counted as 1/20. I have encountered this problem many times. Is it just me or anyone else is also having the same problem? Thanx for ur replies

Are you in Raid group while doing them?
