    Cant decide which class,help?

I played TBC in the past.

But i cant decide which class to play.

I dont know if they will implement Dual talents spec, so im kinda worried about choosing a class that can do both in same spec.

Those are the only thing i know.

    -DPS class
    -Good in PVP and PVE

I know rogues are the most op in this expansion, but i dont want to roll one since it will be overplayed and I played it in the past.

I narrowed it down to some classes.

-Undead Warlock(SL/SL for PVP - Destruction for PVE) Very strong PVP and somewhat boring PVE but Very high dps.
-Undead Priest(Shadow only both for PVE and PVP) - Could be fun in PVE and PVP environnement, Not the highest DPS but bring good utility and buffs).
-Orc BM 41/20 hunter top dps with locks (But they suck in pvp)

If they implement Dual talents i could make a choice more easier. IF they have dual talent i would probably go with Warlock.

Warlock and Hunter = Farming easier. Spriest not so much and less faster.

Im not sure but i narrowed it down to those 3.

What would you choose and why?

i dont think there will be many warlock.atleast on PTR there is almost non.lock seems like class that will have easy time finding group for anything.

I mained a lock on retail in TBC for numerous reasons. As a matter of fact I mained a lock through every expansion until Legion. The only reason I will not be running lock here is because I want a change of flavor. If you go lock you won't be disappointed. Get tailoring and enchanting, they pair great together and will help you gear up and make good money too.

I Have never played shadow priest so my opinion of them is useless to you.

Hunters are great (don't know about the pvp aspect). Eventually a hunter will be my alt. You should know though if you are worried about locks being boring (shadowbolt spam and what not), that ht e bm hunter was basically a 1 button macro spec in TBC minus CD buttons of course. Still a fun class imo.

Lastly, if you go lock you will probably be top dps t4-t5, then after you want put your face through the key board due to 1 spell spam you can change to affliction in t6 and enjoy a rapid gameplay with great results not to mention one of the most powerful aoe spells in the game.

    hope this helps and GL.

PS - if it helps you decide look at the guild recruitment section of this forum. some of the guilds are posting what classes/specs they are looking for on the PTR. While they may not translate to live who really knows for sure.

They stated dual spec will be available on launch. So thats that. Regarding your choice all are nice, just check out rotations and what not on ptr and pick what you like most.

noone can decide what you want to play... just pick what you LIKE to play..
if you dont care and just want to be #1 dps go huntard or wl yes... but you should decide because of the playstyle of a class...

That is not true in all cases, some fights you have melee dominance and many of the fights trough out the expansion the mages in, will be at the top of the meters.
Dont underestimate Hunters in arena either. I had Gladiator hunters on my friendlist in tbc. And with Dualspecc i see this to be less of a problem. Beside BM is not bad in arena. But if you want Hunter in PVP, its Dwarf that matters, that racial is huge as a hunter.
Tauren is an absolute NO GO, since the bigger hitbox and easier to reach your "deadzone".
Id say all 3 classes are good in arena when matched with the right person. But id also say Shadow Priest with Dual specc have the most "Teams" to match with.

But you should pick what playstyle you would enjoy most and you think you will grow or be better at, so you wont get tired and thinking " - damn should not have listen to that person"
