Basically per realm, name and shame players that have done the wrong, banned for scamming, we would get to see the proofs and etc.

We like to keep these kind of things out of forums. Even player reports are done via in game tickets. Not to mention that this would only create extra work for Game Masters who are already pretty busy with the tickets.
