Neltharion - Resurrection

Dear Warmane

Neltharion is dead for a long time now. You really need to do something about it. My suggestions are :
1.Make it instant 85 . (no one wants to level on dead server anyway-->it will bring new ppl)
2.Make ruthless gear free (not fun trying to get gear vs full cata/hc gear people)
3.Add arena spectator like it was on Warsong.

For start this should be enough to bring some life and people back to Neltharion, please start giving us some attention.

Here are my suggestion for resurrecting Neltharion :
1. Cross faction dungeon que (Seperately via a custom content button)
2. Solo arena ques for 2v2 and 3v3
3. Cross - Faction raids like they did in some servers via an announcement made to both Horde and Alliance where players can join the raid but simply inputting a chat command
4. Increasing weekly Conquest and Valor Cap so that new players can quickly catch up with the high-geared players.

If all these were implemented in-game I can assure you that Neltharions population will increase in a couple of months instead of dying quickly like it is now.

i think just timely fixes will be enough.. along with adding new bgs and arena.. but that is upto them.. :)

This subject has been like beating a dead horse with a stick, for almost a year. Nothing has been really done to improve anything, Even the last changelog is soon over half a year ago.
