I was scammed.
Member
I was scammed.
The scammer was using some kind of software, because he instantly removed the items of trade and still managed to take my gold.
Has anyone encountered this kind of scammer before? If so, is there any chance that I will be reimbursed?
I'm waiting on a GM to reply to my ticket, but until then I am wondering what the community thinks about this.

Scamming is hard to prove and you basically have to make screenshots on every step of the trade. You may check this on how to report scamming. Unfortunately, in any case, it's not possible to return your lost items.

I lost gold, not items. I've already made a ticket in game and waiting for a reply. I spoke to another person who encountered this scammer, and he said he would make a report aswell. Hopefully he follows through and this player is banned.
