Every Man for Himself

Hello, everyone.

Due to the huge unbalancement between both factions, it's clear that changes needs to be done.
So, isn't possible to implement the human racial "Every Man for Himself"?

I ask that because I think this would help a lot since that is the strongest racional for everyone who wants to PvP.
People who choose the Horde only because their racials are better, might reroll Alliance.

So, is it possible/viable?
