13k playing 2.7k queue no one seeding the client?

Downloading at 2kbps... Yes, I check my internet, and I can download other files at 5mbps while the client never goes over 3kbps. And I'm not the only one, checked with a few friends no one can download the client at an acceptable speed...

EDIT: Router was blocking the connection on this torrent and allowing all others somehow. Problem solved
