hi is /who bugged ? it only shows people in my level range like if i'm 46 and i'm in tanaris i only can see players between 43-49 in the map and when ever i search someones name in /who nothing happens says 0 players found

It always worked. It has like 1 minute cooldown so you can't use it multiple times in a row. And it doesn't show characters from opposite faction. Other than that there should be no problems with it. Especially if you are searching character by name. If you simply write "/who" without name or anything, it will add your location and level. If that's the problem, open the /who window and search there instead.

that is how it works on WoW ( unless you are used to realm like Blackrock)
