The game stops working when i enter my char.

I can log in create new char and enter it..works fine. Once i log in my old char game just absolutely stops!

I just found out that there is a quest called "A hunter's boast" which is you need kill some vultures in 15min.Once you accept it your game stops working for exatly 15min.The quest locates in loch modan farstrider lodge.
