Are they spamming? If so, then yes, they should be muted/kicked as a warning. If not, it's no biggie, they're just inquiring.
Also, you can always use the ignore function. Works like a charm :)
wtf ? Why are you americans so arrogant? The world does not revolve around you, I'm brazilian, and I really like to see several people from different countries communicating in several different languages... The server is totally in english, but it has nothing to do with people who play the game, people from all over the world can enter the server, and speak the language they want, if you do not understand another language is your problem, I'm sure that if a person speaks in another language on a server that most speak english, this person does not know how to speak english very well, and that way they can find people who speak the same language. I am speaking english because I know, but many people do not know. Get out of your golden kingdom and live other cultures ... and please stop saying "english only".
And that's why you're never going to be taken seriously, =D
I think that everyone should be able to at least advertise their national guilds in their native language and make thier own PuGs. Hell, let them do whatever they want. You can always ignore them.
Or better, use the opportunity and learn some russion. I've learned so many serbian and spanish words playing on Icecrown xD
you might have a point lol
i used to be in a french server who forbids arabic language and you could get banned for 3 days just for saying hello in arabic and talking to ur friend in /say
i found that very offensive and racist , dont do that .
why i have a bad feeling about this...
Implying the only country in the world that uses English is America....
Also where is Brazil? Oh wait in South America, considering you just stated american you would be included.
Maybe u are not american, i dont know, but here, the US citizen proclaim themselves Americans, and the rest of the American continent also call them Americans... so when you hear "Americans" remember, that means US citizen.
=D
You are still technically an American as your country reside in South America, so you would be a South American. There is also Central America and North America. When you just say American in the context you used it in you come off as racist.
If you don't know if a person is from the United States of America, then perhaps you should not act as if they are.
I just explained why we call the US citizen of Americans, and you tell me the same thing as if you did not understand, here we call the USA people of Americans, I will not explain again, read and understand.
And you're right saying I do not know if he's from the United States, but I know that kind of behavior, and unfortunately many people there are like that. And he did not say that he is not from there, even I said that they think the world revolves around them, and he said yes. So we can easily conclude that he is American...
I'd personally rather see them filter the bull**** talks first before enforcing any kind of language bar, and that's an if, which I assume not going to happen.
How can you generalize all Americans are arrogant when you arrogantly assume only Americans want you to speak English? A lot of Americans speak Spanish and we don't care what people say. Don't assume just cause someone speaks English they are American.
