proporse some gameplay changes

I would like to suggest some changes for the Icecrown server to the devs and the community.
-Firstly a feature i would like to see is flying in Azeroth so it will be easier for all to transport from place to place.
-Secondly i would like to ask if it would be possible the temporary items that drop in Tempest Keep become permanent and somehow be included in the loot table (even if with less powerful effects).
-Thirdly i would like to ask if there could be implemented the raid finder feature, to ease our searching for raids.

Fourth, this isn't a fun server. there are many, go there and request these ridiculous features.
