Addon to help with dual spec

Is there an addon to assist with dual spec in TBC? That would change your action bars, and maybe even outfits all in one button?

Not seeing a 2.4.3 version of this, all I can find starts in WotLK

Action bar saver is available for TBC, and it works fine. One small bug is that if you save abilities in rank1, when you do /abs restore MyCharacterName, it returns all max rank abilities. So you kinda need to remember, eg: if you used roots rank1, you will need manually to set it from spell book when you restore your binds and abilities.

I am using Addon talented great to save Specs, and later they can auto apply . But actions bars is for you.
