Donation, money taken from account, donation not completed

I recently tried to donate, twice, to warmane so I could skip the queues on Outland. The transaction did not complete and both times money was taken from my account. I was using a Visa Debit card and this has also happened to my friend. I had tried to donate the £10 package twice and both times the transaction on the warmane site ''transaction not complete'' yet they've taken the money from my bank account with no statement attatched. Please help.
