Its great that you're trying to help Outland and balance it out for a fair experience, but how about some love for Medivh? Since you're not opposed to such drastic changes like free mount and 50% exp boost, I propose free lvl 30 mount for both factions on Medivh in order to entice more players to join the server and help populate it up to playable standards.

As it is now, the server is active only during the weekends and drops to below 2k on weekdays. We need a plan to attract new players to the realm or it will surely die.

warmance has not anything to stop decline on those realms, doubt it will enact something for medivh. Its laissez faire principles, let the market decide what it wants. if it dies, its coz ppl didnt want it, let stragglers be stragglers
