Technical Hacked account

Hi there guys two my accounts were ninja'ed about a week ago and after i noticed i sent an email to warmane ASAP but they refused to retrieve my accounts and said "Ineligible for retrieval support due to repeated suspicious activity." i don't get it why they added this since nothing like this happened before on those accounts,anyway since i tried about a week for retrieving those accounts and failed (i'm able to send almost everything they need for retrieval but they didn't even ask for more info :\) is it possible to ask for ban since they were hacked and the hacker is playing right in front of my eyes while i can't do anything i decided to abandon wow and ask for banning those accounts i'm not a very old player here but i've been here since 2012 so can anyone answer if that's possible or no? (idc if my main accounts which is not hacked gets banned to since im abandoning here anyway due to the concerns for accounts -__-)
