I was curious, how many people need to upvote/confirm that a bug is real for the status to change from "unconfirmed" to "confirmed"?

I figure there's no automated system that flips the status, but am I waiting on a staff member to log in and test it? That would take forever...

Bug ID:46721 has been confirmed on multiple servers. It's not really a high priority thing since it's not max level content, but it is instance blocking.
