Account or game is crashed ?

Hello, my friends today and we were playing on the server. We we're playing Alliance. First, my friend press the hearthstone and the game crashed. Didn't understand the problem and again the game has loaded. After this incident. I press hearthstone and my game is crashed. My other friend is press hearthstone his game is crashed to. We all Hearthstone was registered in stormwind. When another account this problem doesn't occured. What are we supposed to do ? have been through a lot, please help :(.

Hello there,
Did you try to set your HS to another place? I guess that will help you out. If not, make a report at bugtracker.
