Technical Unbanned but still banned

title says it all, made an appeal, it got answered/closed and said i was being unbanned but when i log in it says I am still banned etc. Would like some more information, thank you!

If you keep logging it using a banned VPN, you will keep getting banned and have to do the whole thing again.

im not logging in via vpn, you must have my ip banned because thats all i can think of

(ive never used a vpn/proxy ever)
