Felweed and Ancient Lichen

Why have the herbs around outlands / dungs been removed? There is like 15 felweed on AH - ran through Nagrand to find there was no herbs.

Might say something is bugged here.

Ran 5+ dungs today finding no Ancient Lichen, and there use to be in Steam Vaults and Sethekk halls.

I've been having a similar issue with herbs in Zangarmarsh running laps across the zone only the same ~10 nodes respawn like clockwork every lap. Sadly, this is roughly 9 Dreaming Glory nodes and a single Ragveil in my entire route in the same spot... every single time. A couple days ago it wasn't like this and I was finding Glory/Ragveil nodes in different places but in the past 1-2 days it's been the exact same nodes over and over while I've farmed for hours.

Also, slightly off topic isn't dreamfoil/golden sansam meant to spawn in Zangar/Hellfire? I've yet to find a node out there for those.
