the vendor should sell that recipe is in silvermoon on horde side and in shattrath
but no one sell it or someone bought it and i have to wait the respawn
but i waited days and nothing appear
i waited hours in front of the npc and nothing
i made a ticket but it takes year...
any advice?
please help me :)
