Technical Error buying coins but got -20 on my account

Hello, please excuse my bad english

I've just tryed to donate 10 euro in order to be premium and skip the queue on outland

unfortunately the first attempt didn't work : a smyley ' :( ' with a message saying that didn't work appeared

So i tryed a second time, same problem, same error

Before trying a 3rd time, i have check my account just in case : and what a surprise : -20 eur in my "avoir disponible" = "available money"
I don't have the 10 coins that i wanted and i have -20 eur

Please someone help me

Which donation method did you use?

If it said that payment was not successful then money should be returned to your bank account in a few days. If that does not happen, contact Paymentwall support. And if you want to know exactly what's the problem and how to fix it you can also contact Paymentwall support.

Visa : payment card

Don't try 3rd time with the same card. There are less problems with prepaid cards. If you want to use exactly that card you should contact Paymentwall support first.

I tryed before reading your reply, and that didn't work, maybe i'll go with paysafecard or other things,
So bad they don't have paypal

There should be no problems with Paysafecard. Paypal can not be used because it's affiliated with Blizzard.

For that you would have to contact either Paymentwall support or your bank. Normally unsuccessful payments are returned in a few days but I haven't seen anything about the result of that on forum yet. There have been a few similar forum threads but none of them said how it ended.

Money is still not back even if not totally gone, just -30 in "available money"
