Error of purchase

First of all, excuse my english, im French ans i use Google trad. :),

My problème is this one, yesterday afternoon, i donated 50 euros to buy 2 items, a weapon for my warrior, but especially the trinket "Deathbringer's will" 25hm, for 23 coins.

Now, being new on the server, i took it without knowing that there was another trinket at the same price, "Sharpened Twilight Scale" 25hm, the same price as the other (23coins).

I did not see it on the store, knowning that i'm new... :(

I would have liked your take back the trinket "Deathbringer's will" 25hm, and receive un return the other trinket "Sharpened Twilight Scale" 25hm, knowing that they cost the same price (23 coins).

For information, i play a warrior orc on Icecrown with the name "Brokyce".

I hope that you can do the exchange between these 2 trinket, Thank you !

I believe you can create a ticket so you can have the coins refunded or an item switch.

Go to 'My Account'. Then to 'Support' (It's right next to Services, and Security).

There you can create a ticket, and Select Category 'Item Misbuy' hopefully they can get you all taken care of.
