Any good ways to make gold?

So i just reached lvl 80 for the first time and i have about 500 gold but i really want to make more. I already have mining as a profession but I haven't leveled it up at all. Should i just level it up or should i try another profession?

Best way for you to make quick gold is to do quests. Go in every Northrend region and do every quest possible.
Mining is a good gathering profession, but you will have some hard time mining at high levels due to the fact that many people are doing it, not taking bots in account.
You can aswell take skinning while you do quests and skin every beast, selling the leathers for a steady income.

Don't forget to sell really cheap, because its "free" gold bruh, no one is buying anyway and those damn AH bots undercutting. So I can buy it from you and sell for nice profit, I need gold too and being greedy is toxic, so you have to share.

My advice is Northrend dailys and normal quests, they give a nice amount of gold ; plus you get reputation and drops from moobs
Also take skinning! Leather sells good, not at the best prices but it sell good.
Mining is good but 2 many ppl and very few nodes in Northrend to lvl it up nicely, but then again Outlands might be a good option for mining and pre TBC places ofc...
Sell everything you find on AH!! Every item has a buyer...talking about green and higher quality ofc...
