I would like to donate for insta queue but it sais "payment not completed" it gives no error or message on WHY its not completed so i have no idea what to do, i can just choose credit card...

11 hours still no answer.. i have tried 4 different credit cards but all have the same error, "Payment not completed" all cards worked for other accounts.. seems like my account is blocked or something

How am i supposed to donate to skip the queue when paymentwall doesnt let me? ive talked with them for 4 days now and nothing works. they say i should be able to pay but no it doesnt work. ive donated about 60 Euro on 1 account and now when i want 1 more account i am blocked, can u not just let me skip the queue on the other account too? this is rediculous to wait 15 hours in a queue when u have donated 60 euro

I'm having the same problem. Been trying for a bit now but nothing's working. Perhaps a problem with the service itself?

friends can donate fine, but when i try the payment doesnt work. its like my accounts are locked for donating

I'm having the same problem. Can't donate, 2 different cards. However, I've donated tons of money in the past, several times with the one of the cards I'm trying to use, yet I can't for some reason.
