Alliance bonus honor and other benefits

So I heard the ratio was something around 51-49 to horde right now (correct me if Im wrong), so my question is:

Why the **** is alliance still getting the 50% honor bonus from battlegrounds?
Is it because they can't put in the goddamn work to get pvp gear?!

This is pissing me off.
You will **** this server up completely if this doesn't change.
