Can you up the Activity rank above Envoy by having more achievement points ?

Question is in the title(i'm talking about collecting points) , it looks very unclear and I haven't found any info about this on the forums.

There is a thread somewhere in the FAQ about how this all works. Briefly, there are certain achievement point tresholds which increase your rank (I think you reach Legate at 4000 or 5000). Just get more ach on that account
