GDKP Raids in Icecrown

Hello everyone, I was just wondering on this server's rules and policy on the system of raids and how it is being run. I understand that the amount of bans due to ninja looting and such. I am wondering if there is any rules against Gold DKP system for raids. Basically in traditional raids, people use DKP to bid for items. This time it is being subbed with Gold. The usage of Gold is the currency to bid for your items. Trading your Gold to the Raid Leader after you've won the bid and after the raid the Gold is distributed to 25 people. The amount collected based on the gold collected will be distributed at the end.

With that proposal, it will:
1) Negate the fact that people leave raid after a particular boss. (E.g. I only need bis boots from HC Fester. After HC Fester and the loot didn't drop, they will ninja log and takes time again to find a replacement.) People will stay until the end because their gold pot distribution will only be given at the end of the raid.
2) BIS Players can now find motivation to join raids like this in order to farm extra gold.
3) It's much easier to gear up lower levels and carrying them because there will be BIS players inside. Of course with the lower gears they have there should be a minimum requirement of Gold to join the raid because we are not carrying them and not spend on anything.
4) Of course for failures (even if you're BIS carries) 1 fail means your share gets deducted for 200g (can be ammended depending on the severity of fail)

I am happy to lead many RS25 (since I've been PUGging it every week 1-2 shotting it easily) to kick off and let people from Icecrown to get the jist of the system.

Please do let me know your feedback regarding this. GMs feel free to comment on the policy or rules against this.

The only problem with GDKP raids on Icecrown is the coin shop,you're basically better of selling your gold for coins and simply buy your bis items instead of betting,also if it's not a full hc run it barely worths investing gold on almost bis items when you could probably get the hc one for the same amount of gold traded for coins - GDKP is better suited for Lordaeron,than Icecrown for these reasons.And the usual pug quality is VERY low.

But what is stopping the RL from just keeping all said gold? At that point it could be a scam :L
