Have you updated all your drivers on PC? Sometimes this error appears when video card drivers are little bit old. Check those and let us know here.

i reseted my whole system yesterday so yeh they are updated , and i was able to run the game 20minutes ago tho now stuck at connecting , i also got this warning now : Data/enGB/wow-update-enGB-18273.MPQ

I am playing 2 years on this same pc and always on logging ins i got warnings that my driver is up to date but never had such problems logging in , and 30mins ago i was able to log in

Have you installed any of the following things ?
MSI Afterburner
Xbox Game DVR
Xbox Game Overlay
Razer Synapse
Try to disable them if you have any of them activated and see if that solves the issue.

thank you for your time , I appreciate it good to see that staff is active honestly , but the problem was that realmlist wasn't setted , idea that might be the problem just crossed my head and i went to check it and yeah that was the issue, atleast you know now when someone has such problem tell him to check this first
